- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150.0ºF / 65.6ºC.
- 150 degrees for 6 hours then 140 for 2 hours
- Cooked mushrooms and onions for 3 hours @140 in beef broth
- Sear Tri Tip on the grill and cook the mushrooms and onions on foil till browned
