Ingredients
- 2 pound tri tip
- 5-6 cloves garlic
- Handful of thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 4 tbsp Butter
- Olive oil
Directions
- Mince garlic and thyme
- Salt and pepper cut of meat, then add thyme and garlic mixture to meat. Put in freezer saver bag and add butter. Seal bag and cook for 5 hours
Finishing Steps
- Pull out bag, let rest for 5 minutes. Dry and remove garlic and thyme mixture. Brush with olive oil and hit with salt and pepper. Cast iron on bbq or your preferred method for 1-2 minutes each side. Let rest for 10 minutes then your done.
