Ingredients
- Top Sirloin Roast
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Chilli Powder
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Mix chilli powder, paprika, and garlic powder and rub all over roast
- Bag roast and add two sprigs of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme to bag before sealing
- Preheat water
- Add bag to water and cook with ANOVA until timer beeps
- Remove bag from water and let roast rest for 30 minutes
Finishing Steps
- Heat canola oil in pan on stove until shimmering
- Pick up roast with tongs and sear for 1-2 minutes on all sides
- Set roast aside to carve
- Add bag juices to same pan to make sauce
