Ingredients
- Top sirloin cap steak
- Kinder’s Master Salt
- Trader Joe’s BBQ Coffee Rub
- Olive oil
- Butter
Directions
- Splash the steak with olive oil
- Season generously with Master Salt and BBQ rub
- Seal in Ziploc and sous vide for at least 3.5hrs
Finishing Steps
- Sear in a cast iron skillet or on the grill, basting with melted butter.
- Let’s rest for 10 mins, then serve
