- Oil
- Butter
- Thyme
- Rosemary

Directions
- Season steak with generous salt and pepper.
- Spray with oil.
- Sneak in sprayed bag
- Sous vide steak
- Remove from Sous vide and bag.
- Dry and let rest 10 minutes.
- Be sure the steak is dry.
- Hear a cast iron pan over high heat to smoke point.
- Add several pads butter, thyme, rosemary
- Seer 45 seconds per side.
Finishing Steps
- Ladle the butter and juices over steak.
- Let rest 5+ minutes.
