  1. Season with salt and pepper on both sides
  2. Then vacuum seal steak
  3. Cook for 4 hours at 129F
  4. Remove from sous vide bag pat dry liberally

Finishing Steps

  1. Set grill or cast iron skillet to highest setting preheat for at least 10 minutes for solid crust
  2. Then dust with hardcore carnivore black seasoning right before searing
  3. Sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side depending on your preference of crust on steak
