Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hardcore Carnivore Black
- Bone-in tomahawk steak 2.5 to 3lbs
Directions
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides
- Then vacuum seal steak
- Cook for 4 hours at 129F
- Remove from sous vide bag pat dry liberally
Finishing Steps
- Set grill or cast iron skillet to highest setting preheat for at least 10 minutes for solid crust
- Then dust with hardcore carnivore black seasoning right before searing
- Sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side depending on your preference of crust on steak
