  1. Season with sat and pepper
  2. Vacuum seal and let steak get to room temperature before starting the cook.
  3. Sous vide at 131 for 4 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Take out vacuum bag and pat dry with paper Towel
  2. Sear all sides on a cast iron bbq griddle (charcoal grill if possible)
  3. Let rest for 20-25 min
  4. ENJOY!
