Ingredients
- 48oz Tomahawk
- himalayan pink salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Season with sat and pepper
- Vacuum seal and let steak get to room temperature before starting the cook.
- Sous vide at 131 for 4 hours
Finishing Steps
- Take out vacuum bag and pat dry with paper Towel
- Sear all sides on a cast iron bbq griddle (charcoal grill if possible)
- Let rest for 20-25 min
