- 2 x Tomahawk Steaks (1.3kgs each)
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Ghee
- Himalayan Salt
- Coconut Aminos (Teriyaki flavour) - optional
Directions
- Add all ingredients and vacuum seal in fridge overnight
Then Sous vide
Finishing Steps
- Pre-heat webber to 230 degrees
Take out from bags
Ice bath (2mins) or fridge (10mins)
Pat dry
Add seasoning (optional)
Bbq for 3mins each side
