Directions

  1. Sprinkle frozen trout fillet with lemon salt (equal parts lemon zest and coarse salt)
  2. Bag trout
  3. Preheat water
  4. Set temperature and timer for ANOVA, walk away until it beeps
  5. Remove bag from water and plate trout

Finishing Steps

  1. Sprinkle more lemon salt if desired or squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
