- Sprinkle frozen trout fillet with lemon salt (equal parts lemon zest and coarse salt)
- Bag trout
- Preheat water
- Set temperature and timer for ANOVA, walk away until it beeps
- Remove bag from water and plate trout
Finishing Steps
- Sprinkle more lemon salt if desired or squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
