  1. Sprinkle frozen salmon fillet with lemon salt (equal parts lemon zest and coarse salt)
  2. Bag salmon
  3. Preheat water
  4. Place bag in water and cook with ANOVA until timer beeps
  5. Remove salmon from bag and transfer to plate

Finishing Steps

  1. Melt butter in a pan on the stove until light brown
  2. Add juice from half a lemon, stir to combine
  3. Pour lemon butter over salmon fillet
