- Sprinkle frozen salmon fillet with lemon salt (equal parts lemon zest and coarse salt)
- Bag salmon
- Preheat water
- Place bag in water and cook with ANOVA until timer beeps
- Remove salmon from bag and transfer to plate
Finishing Steps
- Melt butter in a pan on the stove until light brown
- Add juice from half a lemon, stir to combine
- Pour lemon butter over salmon fillet
