• Relief Pak HotSpot Moist Heat Packs

Directions

1. Place a plastic bucket or tub in the bathtub. Attach your Anova to the edge of the tub. Place head packs in the tub. Fill the tub with enough water to cover the heat packs and submerge the heating element of the Anova. Run the recipe. Place a heat pack in a cover and begin the heat therapy.
