This is simply the best and only way to cook ribs. The connective tissue within the ribs breaks down at 165 so getting the temperature right to that point allows the ribs to break down and become extremely tender.

Ingredients
- Mustard
- Famous Dave’s rub
Directions
- Remove the membrane on the back of the rib
- Apply a generous amount of mustard to the ribs.
- Add famous Dave’s pork rub or any that you see fit
- Put in a ziplock bag and put in the water
Finishing Steps
- Turn on the grill to as hot as it will go and then put the ribs on with your favorite bbq sauce until sauce is sticky to the ribs.
