  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC
  2. Bag pork ribs with soy sauce, mirin, onion and garlic. Cook for 3 hours at 150°F

Sear And Baste

  1. Remove from water bath and chill slightly. Reserve cooking liquid and combine with remaining ingredients. Reduce until slightly thick.
  2. Preheat oven to 500°F. Baste ribs with sauce and roast in oven, basting periodically for 30-45 minutes. This can be done on the grill as well.
  3. Separate ribs and serve.
