Ingredients
- 3 TBS Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 TBS Soy Sauce
- 3 TBS Hoisin Sauce
- 1 TBS White Wine Vinegar
- 1 TBS Sesame Seed Oil
- 1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Pounds Salmon
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 126.0ºF / 52.2ºC.
- Place all ingredients but salmon into a bowl and mix until blended
- Transfer sauce into pan and warm, take care not to use excessive heat
- Pour sauce onto salmon fillets in bag and seal
- Cook at 126F for 40 minutes and serve
