Directions
- Tenderize steak on both sides 20 sec each side.
Sprinkle
Ingredients on both side and let rest for 2 hours in frig.
- Set out at room temp 2-3 hrs
- Cool In water bath 131 for 1:05

- Remove and sear on cast iron Pan. Add butter
