• Garlic
• Grass fed butter
• Dried Oregano and Rosemary

Directions

1. Tenderize steak on both sides 20 sec each side. Sprinkle Ingredients on both side and let rest for 2 hours in frig.
2. Set out at room temp 2-3 hrs
3. Cool In water bath 131 for 1:05

1. Remove and sear on cast iron Pan. Add butter 30 seconds each side
