These deliciously salty lamb chops are tender enough to melting your mouth.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients into a rub. Add the smallest amount to smallest amount to the chops before sealing them in bags.
  2. Seal 3-4 chops in each bags so they cook evenly throughout, trying to lay them as flat as possible.
  3. Put them into the precision cooking water for one and a half hours.
  4. When they're ready, pull them out and pat dry.

Finishing Steps

  1. Rub the rest of the seasoning on the dried surface, adding more if needed.
  2. Sear on each side in a skillet that is lightly oiled.
  3. Serve & Enjoy!!
