Tender & Salty Lamb Chops
These deliciously salty lamb chops are tender enough to melting your mouth.

Ingredients
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¾ tsp Ground Pepper
- ¾ tsp Rubbed Sage
- 1 ½ tsp Course Salt
- 8 Lamb Chops
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients into a rub. Add the smallest amount to smallest amount to the chops before sealing them in bags.
- Seal 3-4 chops in each bags so they cook evenly throughout, trying to lay them as flat as possible.
- Put them into the precision cooking water for one and a half hours.
- When they're ready, pull them out and pat dry.
Finishing Steps
- Rub the rest of the seasoning on the dried surface, adding more if needed.
- Sear on each side in a skillet that is lightly oiled.
