  1. Set tour Anovo @ 88 °C for 2 hr. Slice the tempeh and put it in the bag, add the BBQ sauce and the oil, Shake it a little bit. Quickly fry tempeh in super hot oil for 1 minute on each side, or until golden (or use a pan).
