  1. Marinate overnight in taco seasoning & lime juice.
  2. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148.0ºF / 64.4ºC.
  3. Cook for 3.5 hours
  4. Remove from Sous Vide bag and shred.

  1. Serve over chips for nachos or in a tortilla for tacos, burritos or quesadillas!
