Ingredients
- 2 Medium chicken breasts
- 3 Tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning
Directions
- Marinate overnight in taco seasoning & lime juice.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148.0ºF / 64.4ºC.
- Cook for 3.5 hours
- Remove from Sous Vide bag and shred.
- Serve over chips for nachos or in a tortilla for tacos, burritos or quesadillas!
