  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.6ºF / 57.0ºC.
  2. Put all ingredients (except the steak) into a blender and finely blend.
  3. Combine the blended ingredients in a ziploc bag with the steak and make sure that the steak is well covered in the marinade. Then place in the water bath.

Grill/torch

  1. Remove the steak from the bag and save the jus and basil separately.
  2. Either on the grill or using a kitchen torch, brown the steak on both sides until desired crispiness.
  3. Slice into thin slices and plate. Dribble the saved jus/basil over the top and serve with sides of your choice.
