  1. Mix all the rub ingredients together
  2. Coat both sides of the salmon in the rub
  3. Cook sous vide at 115 degrees for 45 minutes
  4. Carefully remove the salmon from the bag, heat a drizzle of oil on a skillet over high heat and sear both sides until crisp, less than one minute per side.
  5. Plate and serve with a drizzle of honey
