- Put water inside a freezer bag and gently place the eggs together
- Set your sous vide to 64°C.
The eggs must be already inside the container (in that freezer bag filled with water)
- After the counter ends, remove the eggs from the plastic bag and place then into cold water. You can use ice cubes to do this.
- After 1 hour chilling in cool water, gently remove the eggs and store then in the fridge.
You can eat within 5 days if properly stored.
