  1. Put water inside a freezer bag and gently place the eggs together
  2. Set your sous vide to 64°C. The eggs must be already inside the container (in that freezer bag filled with water)
  3. After the counter ends, remove the eggs from the plastic bag and place then into cold water. You can use ice cubes to do this.
  4. After 1 hour chilling in cool water, gently remove the eggs and store then in the fridge. You can eat within 5 days if properly stored.
