Strip steak (medium)

A great simple ny strip steak recipe, medium almost medium well!

Ingredients

• Strip steak
• Steak sauce
• Thyme
• Rosemary
• Steak seasoning

Directions

1. Brush steaks with steak sauce Rub steaks with a little steak seasoning
2. Place steaks in a bag Add rosemary and/or thyme to bag Vacuum seal Place bag into Sous Vide bath and cook

Finishing Steps

1. Pat dry Place steak in refrigerator for 5 minutes
2. Rub steaks with olive oil then more steak seasoning
3. Grill on high or place in a hot cast iron 2-3 minutes per side
4. Done Boom
