  1. Freeze the Beef Stock in ice cubes
  2. Season the meat with all of the dry seasoning and put the meat into the bag with the ice cubes.
  3. Add the Worcestershire and Olive Oil to the bag.
  4. Add the vegetables to the bag and then seal
  5. Cook at 170° for 24 hrs

  1. Cut the bag and put in a bowl
