- Course salt
- Black pepper
- Thyme
- Chopped garlic
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Apply light salt, pepper, thyme and garlic in air-tight ziplock bag.
- Dry thoroughly with paper towel. Then apply more course salt and pepper.
- Place on hot cast iron skillet with 5 TBS canola oil and add butter. 30 seconds each face side. Then 10 seconds on each edge.
