• Lisa’s herb salt
• Lemon
• 3 cloves garlic
• Green olives
• Parsley
• Mint
• Scallions
• Vegetable oil
• Olive oil
• Vinegar

Directions

1. Steak - light oil - rub Lisa’s salt in all over - crush garlic, halve it and place on both sides - vac seal in bag Salad - lemon zest - Lisa’s salt 1 pinch - small pinch pepper - microplane 2 garlic cloves - 2 scallion slice very thin - 5 green olives diced - 1/2 cup chopped parsley - 5 leaves mint chopped - vegetable oil equal parts vinegar to make Seasoning - cut up lettuce
