Super simple way to have multiple beef steaks ready in 1.5 hrs from start to finish with little to no effort. When your ready to eat, take the steaks out of the bath you will be eating amazing steak in 15min!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season liberally with favorite beef rub.
  2. Seal in air sealed bag or zip lock bag with all air removed.
  3. Submerge in Sous vide bath for 1-6 hours set at 124.9°.
  4. Fire up any grill to 400°-550°
  5. Remove from Sous vide bath, remove from sealed bag(s) and discard bag and juices.
  6. Add steaks to grill and sear on each side for 1 min on each side for medium rare.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from grill and let rest under loose foil for 5-10min with finishing butter applied.
  2. Enjoy!
