  1. Put in water and hit start. Don't need to wait for water to hit temp before putting eggs in water. With the 2 in my photo, I placed one in before heating up and then the second one went in at temp to test this. Both cooked exactly the same! Very handy to leave in pot over night and then hit start when you wake up lying in bed.
  2. When cracked there will be a minor amount of loose watery white. I suggest cracking egg into small bowl then spoon out onto toast, leaving excess in bowl.

Finishing Steps

  1. Feel free to add some mashed avo. And of course salt and pepper to taste.
