Ingredients
- Spare Ribs

- Dry Rub:
- 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- ————
- Preferred Barbecue Sauce
Directions
- Flip the ribs upside down and remove the thin membrane
- Add the dry rub and spread it well around both sides
- Place the ribs inside a vacuum bag, and vacuum seal it or use a ziplock bag and perform the water immersion method.
(Optional: add a few drops of liquid smoke inside the bag)
- Let them rest in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.9ºF / 65.5ºC.
- Place the ribs in the bath and cook for 20 hours
- Add preferred BBQ sauce and sear.
- Add a second layer of BBQ sauce and sear again to caramelize sauce.
