  1. Flip the ribs upside down and remove the thin membrane
  2. Add the dry rub and spread it well around both sides
  3. Place the ribs inside a vacuum bag, and vacuum seal it or use a ziplock bag and perform the water immersion method. (Optional: add a few drops of liquid smoke inside the bag)
  4. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours
  5. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.9ºF / 65.5ºC.
  6. Place the ribs in the bath and cook for 20 hours

  1. Add preferred BBQ sauce and sear.
  2. Add a second layer of BBQ sauce and sear again to caramelize sauce.
