Sous Vide Pumpkin-Spice Oatmeal

Anova Culinary

We admit it - the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker may not be the first tool you think of when you're set to prepare oatmeal, but it sure is fun. Plus, you can set it up in the evening and wake up to a warm breakfast of flavorful oatmeal 12 hours later. For this batch, we used pumpkin pie spice, but you can use cinnamon or other seasonings.
