Guga sous vide -Slice potatoes shortwise pencil thick -Add salt, garlic powder, butter, cream cheese -Toss in vacuum seal bag, remove air then lay out spaciously -cook at 185 for 2 hrs -then smash up in bag -then put in steak at 135 while steak is cooking
