Ingredients
- Old bay seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Butter
Directions
- Season fish with old bay salt and pepper. Then seal in bag with a teaspoon of olive oil and put in refrigerator for at least a hour or longer. Then cook for 30 minutes at 140°
Finishing Steps
- Once done remove from bag. then get a cast iron skillet with olive olive hot until the oil smokes then place fish in until brown about 1min per side
