Sous Vide Eggs
Sous vide eggs for 8.
Set the temp on the sous vide cooker but do not heat the water bath above hand-hot until you have added the jars, otherwise the jars may crack.
I prepare 8 jars at a time and put them in the refrigerator to be quickly reheated for breakfast.
These are vastly superior to Starbucks sous vide eggs, and can be reheated for breakfast in about two minutes!

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 block (125g) of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Tb Creme Fraiche
- 80g grated gruyere cheese
- Four slices of cooked bacon chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC
- Blend all other ingredients and pour into the jars
