Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 150g heavy cream
- 150g cottage cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Crumbled bacon
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine eggs, heavy cream, and cottage cheese; blend to combine
- Fill 4oz mason jars with shredded cheese, bacon, and egg mixture
- Warm mason jars in warm water while sous vide preheats to 172.
- Place jars in 172 water bath for 1 hour
Finishing Steps
- Carefully open jars to test for doneness
- Serve warm
