  2. Fill 4oz mason jars with shredded cheese, bacon, and egg mixture
  3. Warm mason jars in warm water while sous vide preheats to 172.
  4. Place jars in 172 water bath for 1 hour

Finishing Steps

  1. Carefully open jars to test for doneness
  2. Serve warm
