Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Melting cheese (Gruyere, cheddar, etc.)
- 1/4 cup Neufchâtel or cream cheese
- 6 Eggs or 1 1/4 cups egg substitute
- 3 strips of cooked bacon, cut in half.
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 6 4 oz wide mouth mason jars

- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172ºF / 77.8ºC
