  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Pat dry store bought corned beef brisket.
  3. Add seasoning on fatty layer of brisket.
  4. Submerge for 48 hours at 135 degrees in food saver or ziploc bag.

Finishing Options

  1. Add a layer of brown sugar. Broil all sides till browned
  2. Optional is to smoke corned beef brisket to make pastrami. Smoke at 250 degrees till desired.
