- Seasoning packet included in packaging
- Brown sugar
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Pat dry store bought corned beef brisket.
- Add seasoning on fatty layer of brisket.
- Submerge for 48 hours at 135 degrees in food saver or ziploc bag.
Finishing Options
- Add a layer of brown sugar. Broil all sides till browned
- Optional is to smoke corned beef brisket to make pastrami. Smoke at 250 degrees till desired.
