Sous Vide Chicken Stock

Anova Culinary

You may not want to leave your hob or oven on all day while you're out at work, but you certainly can leave your Anova sous vide machine on for 12-24 hours unattended no problem. This stock combines veggies with chicken bones for a multi-dimensional stock.
