Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Rub seasoning into all sides of chiclen breast
- Vacuum seal chicken breast
- Cook in sous bide @ 155 degrees for 1.5 hours
Finishing Steps
- Remove from sous vide and pan sear for 2 min per side.
