Ingredients
- 4 tbs ground cumin
- 2 tbs smoked paprika
- 2 tbs dry mustard
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs ground rosemary
- 1 tbs cayenne pepper
- 3 tbs salt
- 1 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions
- Combine all spices in bowl
- Rub spices on meat refrigerate for one hour
- Place in bag add 1/2 cup of bbq sauce
- Cook for 48 hours at 137
Finishing Steps
- Finish in oven at 450 for 10 minutes with 1/2 cup bbq sauce
