Ingredients

• 4 tbs ground cumin
• 2 tbs smoked paprika
• 2 tbs dry mustard
• 3 tbs brown sugar
• 2 tbs ground rosemary
• 1 tbs cayenne pepper
• 3 tbs salt
• 1 cup favorite bbq sauce
• 2 tsp liquid smoke

Directions

1. Combine all spices in bowl
2. Rub spices on meat refrigerate for one hour
3. Place in bag add 1/2 cup of bbq sauce
4. Cook for 48 hours at 137

Finishing Steps

1. Finish in oven at 450 for 10 minutes with 1/2 cup bbq sauce
