Temperature Options:

Medium rare - Tender and juicy
133F / 56.1C



  1. Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133°F / 56.1°C
  2. Form ground beef into 6 equal sized balls. Press/shape into patty form
  3. Season patties with Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Seal in choice of either vacuum bag or ziplock.
  4. Cook for 1 hour

Stovetop or grill finish

  1. Remove patties from bag. Pat dry,
  2. Sear in hot skillet or on a grill
  3. Layer buns with choice of condiments and enjoy!
