- 133F / 56.1C
Ingredients
- 3 pounds freshly ground beef
- 6 pretzel buns
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt
- Pepper
- Mayonaise
- Fried Eggs
- Greens
- Tomato
- Red Onion
Directions
- Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133°F / 56.1°C
- Form ground beef into 6 equal sized balls. Press/shape into patty form
- Season patties with Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Seal in choice of either vacuum bag or ziplock.
- Cook for 1 hour
Stovetop or grill finish
- Remove patties from bag. Pat dry,
- Sear in hot skillet or on a grill
- Layer buns with choice of condiments and enjoy!
