Sous vide Asian salmon Recipe

Marinated salmon with soy sauce, ginger, hoisin sauce, honey and lemon juice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate salmon with the ingredients above for at least 30min to an 1hr.
  2. Add bags with the ingredients to anova sous vide for 45 min & 130F
  3. Remove salmon from bag and pat dry. Later sear in medium high heat pan for 1min. Each side
  4. Drain remaining liquid of the bag to a medium heat pan a let it reduce in half. Add butter for finish and stir.

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve with rice and broccoli and add sauce around the salmon and rice.
