Sous vide Asian salmon Recipe
Marinated salmon with soy sauce, ginger, hoisin sauce, honey and lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 2ea. 6oz salmon fillets
- 4oz of soy sauce
- 1oz of water
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1tbsp of hoisin sauce
- 1tbsp of dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of honey
Directions
- Marinate salmon with the ingredients above for at least 30min to an 1hr.
- Add bags with the ingredients to anova sous vide for 45 min & 130F
- Remove salmon from bag and pat dry. Later sear in medium high heat pan for 1min. Each side
- Drain remaining liquid of the bag to a medium heat pan a let it reduce in half. Add butter for finish and stir.
Finishing Steps
- Serve with rice and broccoli and add sauce around the salmon and rice.
