Take eggs from the fridge. It’s better if they’re cold. The temperature is higher than most sous vide poached eggs to cook the whites better. Remove and place in ice water for 1 minute to stop the cooking process.

  1. Take eggs from fridge
  2. Use a slotted spoon to place eggs in sous vide set to 167 degrees for 12 minutes.
  3. Remove from sous vide and place in ice water bath for 1 minute.

  1. Crack eggs open onto toast (or as an addition to your salad).
