Soft Poached Egg, Charred Broccolini, Crab, Lime Bread Crumbs

Ingredients
- Broccolini, blanched and grilled
- Crabmeat
- Panko Breadcrumbs w/lime zest
- Pickled jalapeño broth
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Put egg into water bath and set timer to 60 minutes.
- Warm chicken stock and add pickled jalapeño juice from canned jalapeños.
- Toast panko breadcrumbs with butter and add fresh lime zest and salt.
- Blanch broccolini and grill or broil until charred. Top with fresh crab meat.
- Once egg is finished, warm broccolini/crabmeat mix under a broiler. Once hot, place into bowl. Add egg, jalapeño broth and top with breadcrumbs.
