  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
  2. Add 4 large eggs from the fridge
  3. Cook for 12 minutes

  1. After cooking eggs, place in a ice bath for 1 minute, then crack open like a raw egg
