- After 2 minutes finish quick release.
Take eggs out of instant pot, and place in water and ice
- Setup sousvide, 147 f.
- After 45 minutes: take out of shells and serve.
If holding overnight, place eggs in cold water for 30 minutes.
Remove from water and store in fridge. For max 2 days

- If reheating after fridge, set temp to 130f, and reheat for 30 minutes to 1 hour
