  1. Season the Ribs with your favorit Rub
  2. Smoke the Ribs for 3 Hours
  3. Preheat your water bath on 68,3 C
  4. Put your Ribs into a vacuum bag
  5. Cook your Ribs about 24 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Glace the Ribs with BBQ Sauce
  2. Put the Ribs back to Smoker and Grill for another hour
