- Preheat your water bath on 68,3 C
- Put your Ribs into a vacuum bag
- Cook your Ribs about 24 hours
Finishing Steps
- Glace the Ribs with BBQ Sauce
- Put the Ribs back to Smoker and Grill for another hour
