Ingredients
- SMP Ultimate Black Rub
- 14lb packer brisket
Directions
- Trim brisket, remove all fat and silver skin. Separate flat from point.
- Season with SMP Ultimate Black Rub
- Smoke for 3-4 hours low temp with mesquite wood.
- Vacuum seal (double bag)
- Place in Sous Vide bath at 160F for 72 hours
