Ingredients
- 2.4 lb sirloin tip roast
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Salt & pepper
- Two sprigs fresh thyme
- One leaf fresh sage
Directions
- 131 degrees for 24-48 hours (note: grass fed beef may only need 13 hours)
Will serve with roasted Brussel sprouts & cherry tomatoes, and a baked potato
Finishing Steps
- Dry thoroughly, quickly sear for 1-2 minutes per side, until just browned.
