Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Add ingredients to beef
- Place in double layer bag
- Submerge and seal
- Rub with olive oil and soy sauce
- Brown in cast iron skillet
