- Salt & Pepper and Garlic Powder to coat
- Sprigs of Rosemary
Directions
- Generously rub all sides and ends with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Seal roast.
- Prepare bath to 134
Finishing Steps
- Dry your meat.
Heat your cast iron skillet.
High heat oil, avocado, grapeseed etc and then Sear the meat 1-2 minutes all sides
- Cut and serve!
