  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Season steak with salt & pepper. Submerge in ziploc, ensure bag is air tight
  3. After 2 hours put cast iron grill pan on medium high heat
  4. Remove steaks from bag and set on a plate

Grill On Stovetop

  1. Test grill pan by dropping water droplets - should evaporate immediately. Brush a tiny bit of oil onto grill pan.
  2. Put steaks into pan - they will sizzle and steam a lot!
  3. Turn every 30 seconds or so to get great grill marks on both sides. Should be well seared on both sides within 2 minutes.
  4. Can brush with melted butter
  5. Serve
