Ingredients
- 3 Sirloin steaks
- Butter
- Peanut oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Season steak with salt & pepper. Submerge in ziploc, ensure bag is air tight
- After 2 hours put cast iron grill pan on medium high heat
- Remove steaks from bag and set on a plate
Grill On Stovetop
- Test grill pan by dropping water droplets - should evaporate immediately. Brush a tiny bit of oil onto grill pan.
- Put steaks into pan - they will sizzle and steam a lot!
- Turn every 30 seconds or so to get great grill marks on both sides. Should be well seared on both sides within 2 minutes.
- Can brush with melted butter
- Serve
